Caring
for Life

My Bob Klatt Story,
We periodically host luncheons to extend our appreciation
to the staff at Regina Medical Center that go above
and beyond the call of duty. Our objective is to
communicate our appreciation for their contributions.
Our favorite method of doing this is through high
energy programs that drive home the point that we
appreciate the extra measure of care from our staff.
We've not used guest speakers in the past but decided
to try Bob Klatt because the video samples we saw
of him were strikingly (pun intended) similar to
the message we want to communicate to our staff.
We were not disappointed!
Bob and I talked several times before the luncheon
so he could gather the information he needed about
the message we wanted to communicate. He did a great
job listening because his message came out as though
he was part of our recognition team. He kept the
energy high and everyone was engaged in a motivational
presentation that illustrated the value our staff
brings to the mission of the organization. He made
everyone feel important and valued.
It was an added bonus to get compliments about his
personality because he arrived early enough to mingle
with the crowd. He connected with everyone from
the CEO to entry level staff. The luncheon was all
about the honorees but he sure made the organizing
committee look good.
The value we got from our experience with Bowler
Bob was like paying for a line of bowling and getting
the shoe rental for free.
With Great Enthusiasm (see, it's catchy!)
