I hope you are doing well.
  
Thank you for your efforts in working with our umpires this past spring. We have had many positive comments early on when your training was fresh to the boys and probably most effective. But overall the feeling was good that the majority of umpires felt they were doing a more important job than 'just umping kids" this past season and some of that credit goes to you for teaching them the fundamentals and showing a real interest in their development.
  
Your ability to work with the various age groups and talents and your enthusiasm seemed to be well respected amongst the umpires in training. In short, thank you for the work you did with the umpires and I hope that as next spring rolls around that you will be able to return for a second season of helping work with our umpires in the preseason.
