After working with Bob Klatt for the better part of a year, I have learned valuable lessons about organization and its important role in marketing. Bob's thorough consulting approach is built on understanding, goal setting, establishing action steps, giving assignments to get more staff involved and following through on deadlines to meet goals in a timely fashion. Bob was always well prepared to lead our monthly marketing meetings with useful information which pertained to our discussions. He would guide us and support his recommendations by providing industry statistics which he obtained through his own research and experiences. We even ventured out to several area businesses to gather information about prospective customers as well as to promote new leagues and special events. Bob helped us immensely to structure our efforts to capture detailed information from our clientele as a means to establish a customer database. He helped us to refresh our birthday and company party packages and price them properly. Bob is a fountain of fresh ideas to keep our business competitive and I really benefited from his insights.
