If you are searching for someone to guide you through the thoughts and processes of coming up with new promotions and executing those good ideas, then consider working with Bob Klatt. I had the pleasure of working with Bob for eight months and it was an invigorating ride.
  
Bob helped Holiday Lanes attract more customers and increase our profits. We followed his advice and implemented his concepts which led to more store traffic and income. He showed us how to properly monitor our promotions and set up totally new promotions to draw business from places we never thought possible. Bob created many new fliers for us and adapted his existing templates to our needs.
Bob redefined how I view our center. He challenged my ways of thinking and gave me new techniques to make me a better manager. He stressed getting all of our employees involved and feeling a sense of ownership in our marketing programs. Our employee relations improved because we followed his approach to give performance reviews and we kept staff better informed of new promotions with communication meetings.
