Bob Klatt was hired by Holiday Lanes to help our marketing and because of him we have had many successful new promotions as well as revamping old ones. He made them more profitable and easier to run. As we continued to work with him and got the marketing basics down, we shifted our focus to customer service. Bob taught us to be better managers and how to train and educate our employees to be more productive. Bob contracted with us for nearly a year, and in that time we learned invaluable lessons on all aspects of bowling center management.
  
Bob is full of bowling information from marketing, management, databases, direct mailing, outside sales, customer service, employee relations and pricing. A few examples of how Bob has been a direct benefit to our center were how we repackaged our birthday parties into three different price points to serve a broader customer base. Our overnight youth bowling events were also reworked to add more perceived value for the customers. This allowed us to raise prices, but not increase costs.
