I would like to submit this letter of recommendation for Mr. Bob Klatt. I have had the pleasure of working with Bob for four years. The Burnsville Bowl was pleased to have Bob as part of our team. As a consultant, he took us to a higher level of success and showed us better ways of conducting our business.

               Bob worked with us to develop marketing and management methods and through his guidance we addressed our shortcomings and focused on playing to our strengths. He worked diligently with us to formulate and execute sensible business practices. He showed us how to maintain a positive approach even in the most challenging of circumstances. Basically, Bob helped us reengineer our business way of thinking. He helped us with everything from fundamental issues to ground breaking new directions. Bob provided the tools and mindset to implement practical philosophies into all aspects of our business. We now take on challenges with complete confidence thanks to his methods.

              Bob taught us new leadership styles. This was instrumental in developing our staff to fit our business model. He showed us the value of creating depth in our leadership team and how to cultivate employees as young as age 16 so we can promote from within. Bob instilled a feeder program where opportunities for advancement come as a reward from demonstrating accountability. When we embark on a mission each individual knows how they fit into the game plan and the importance of their role in accomplishing shared goals. Bob's leadership education made this possible.

               People often consult others on how to run their business. Bob brought value to our organization by providing the tools and philosophies to develop and manage a team ultimately responsible to find answers and solutions to our daily challenges. Bob's communication flair allows him to connect with people at all levels in an organization. I have been in this business for 30 years and he has inspired me to new heights. I have also seen him instill motivation in a 16 year old that is learning the fundamentals of first time employment.

               Bob is extremely systematic in his approach to achieve success and his dedication and attention to detail are exceptional. His commitment to his colleagues is as devoted as anyone I have ever had the pleasure of working with.
